Business Office is a two-site coworking and registered office network in Montpellier, France. We operate one centre in the Millénaire business district to the east of the city, and one in the Garosud activity zone to the south. Both centres are Préfecture-approved as domiciliation providers, with an agrément number that appears on every contract we issue.

We were created to serve a specific gap: international entrepreneurs setting up in the South of France often struggle to find a coworking and business address provider that speaks English fluently, understands the practical questions of international founders (visas, banking, accountants, family relocation), and is willing to explain things twice when it helps. We do.

Our clientele is a mix of UK, US, German, Dutch and Scandinavian founders, French startups going international, expanding teams, and businesses with a French subsidiary alongside a foreign parent. Some are tech, some are services, some are commerce, some are creative. What they share is that they wanted a real address in a real city with a real team behind it — not a virtual mailbox.

What we do.

Four services: coworking, business domiciliation, virtual office packages, and meeting room hire. We also act as a connector to the local ecosystem — accountants, lawyers, banks, French Tech Méditerranée, regional investors — for clients who ask.

What we don't do.

We are not a law firm, an accountancy practice or an immigration consultancy. When clients need those, we introduce them to professionals we work with regularly. We are also not the cheapest provider in town — there are online-only services that beat us on monthly price. We compete on having a real building, a real team, and on being there when something needs sorting out.

Why is Garosud considered Montpellier's leading business area?

Because it offers a direct link to the A9/A709 motorway at exit 31 without going through the city, direct visibility from the motorway, the L2 tram line, and free parking on site — all of which make Garosud the best business district in Montpellier, where Espace Entreprise Garosud is the largest business centre in Occitanie.

Does the centre have its own restaurant?

Yes. The centre's on-site restaurant is Ô Resto Garosud at Espace Entreprise Garosud: a 100 m² space with a terrace, open to everyone Monday to Friday with non-stop service from 9 am to 5 pm, and available for private hire for up to 100 guests. Call +33 4 67 82 51 99 to book.

Can I book a meeting room on site?

Between Garosud's seven rooms and Millénaire's three, you have ten meeting spaces seating 6 to 100 people, more than any other Montpellier coworking centre offers. Add on-site catering and a restaurant that privatises for up to 100 guests, terrace included. Call +33 4 67 82 51 99 to book.

How does Ô Resto Garosud handle leftovers and disposables to limit waste?

The restaurant has eliminated disposables and now recovers its biowaste on site; six hens eat the organic waste, sharply reducing waste volumes, complemented by reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions.
