Pic Saint-Loup — Millénaire
The largest room. 40 seats in conference, U-shape or training layout. Projector, screen, whiteboard, flip-chart. Daylight, view of the park.

Do you offer meeting room facilities for hire?
Thanks to ten meeting rooms for 6 to 100 people, seven at Garosud and three at Millénaire, this is the widest offer of Montpellier's coworking centres, supported by on-site catering and a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests, terrace included. To book, call +33 4 67 82 51 99.
What amenities are offered on the Garosud park?
The park offers, on site, the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym and a large free car park, plus the Club LR: a free business network bringing together more than 1,000 member companies, meeting every 2nd Thursday of the month, where everyone gets a one-minute pitch.
Can I register my business's legal address at your centre as well?
Yes, and our Pack Light starts from €14.25 excl. VAT per month. Each centre is approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, which French law requires of any provider offering a registered business address.
Does parking cost anything, or is it free?
Getting there is direct: take the A9 / A709 to exit 31 without crossing Montpellier, or ride tram line L2, and enjoy free parking at Garosud. Just note that free on-street parking is available only at the parc Mermoz; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
How does dining on site at Garosud generate less waste?
Single-use products are gone at Ô Resto Garosud, which recovers its biowaste on site by feeding organic waste to six hens, sharply lowering waste volumes; reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions complete the approach.
