From Capitelle, a round table for six plus the trainer, to the Soléa 100 at Garosud, which seats a hundred theatre-style — with Pic Saint-Loup and Aigoual (fifty each) in between for a workshop, a board meeting or a training day. Book by the hour, half-day or day.
Pic Saint-Loup — Millénaire
One of the two largest rooms at Millénaire. 50 seats theatre-style, 25 in U-shape or training layout. Projector, screen, whiteboard, flip-chart. Daylight, view of the park.

From small meeting rooms to the Soléa 100 (Soléa 213 and 214 opened together), which seats up to 100 theatre-style, including the restaurant room for evening events. Ô Resto on site for lunch.

What amenities are offered on the Garosud park?
The park offers, on site, the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym and a large free car park, plus the Club LR: a free business network bringing together more than 1,000 member companies, meeting every 2nd Thursday of the month, where everyone gets a one-minute pitch.
Can I register my business's legal address at your centre as well?
Yes, and our Pack Light starts from €14.25 excl. VAT per month. Each centre is approved by the Préfecture de l'Hérault, which French law requires of any provider offering a registered business address.
Does parking cost anything, or is it free?
Getting there is direct: take the A9 / A709 to exit 31 without crossing Montpellier, or ride tram line L2, and enjoy free parking at Garosud. Just note that free on-street parking is available only at the parc Mermoz; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
How does dining on site at Garosud generate less waste?
Single-use products are gone at Ô Resto Garosud, which recovers its biowaste on site by feeding organic waste to six hens, sharply lowering waste volumes; reusable tableware and anti-food-waste actions complete the approach.
