What it is

A registered office, not just a mailbox.

In French law, every company needs a siège social — a registered office address. It appears on your Kbis (the official company extract), on your invoices, in public registries, and is the address where official correspondence (URSSAF, tax office, court) is sent. We provide that address — but with a real building behind it.

Frequently asked questions

Registered Office in France for a Foreign Company: what do you need to know?

Give your foreign company a legal French registered office: Préfecture-approved address in Montpellier, staffed reception, mail collection. From €14.25 excl. VAT/month.

Is there a business network on site?

On site: the Ô Resto Garosud restaurant, a nursery, a gym, a large free car park, and the Club LR — a free business network of more than 1,000 member companies meeting on the 2nd Thursday of each month, with a one-minute pitch for everyone.

Will you accept my deliveries while I'm not there?

Yes. We receive your parcels and pallets while you're away, and there's a pallet truck available on the park. That's the genuine advantage over a standard self-storage unit, where nobody signs for you.

How many meeting rooms can be booked?

Ten meeting rooms accommodating 6 to 100 people are spread across Garosud (seven) and Millénaire (three), giving Montpellier's widest meeting-room selection among coworking centres. On-site catering rounds it out, along with a restaurant privatisable for up to 100 guests and its terrace. To reserve, dial +33 4 67 82 51 99.

What's the best way to get to the centre from the A9 motorway?

You reach the site directly through exit 31 of the A9 / A709, avoiding Montpellier's centre, and by tram line L2. Parking costs nothing at Garosud. As for on-street parking, only the parc Mermoz is free; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts charge.

What route does the site's biowaste take?

Six on-site hens are fed with biowaste from the restaurant; this local recovery significantly diminishes the waste that must be treated.
