From the A9, how do I find my way to the centre?

You can arrive directly by taking exit 31 from the A9 and A709, avoiding Montpellier's centre, or by tram line L2. Parking at the Garosud site costs nothing. As for the street, only the parc Mermoz is free — Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and the majority of Montpellier's districts are paid.

In which parts of Montpellier are your business centres located?

Two addresses in Montpellier: Espace Entreprise Garosud, 48 rue Claude Balbastre, 34070 Montpellier; and Espace Entreprise Millénaire, 199 rue Hélène Boucher, 34170 Castelnau-le-Lez. Reach us directly via the A9 and A709 at exit 31, without crossing Montpellier, or by tram line L2. Parking is free on the Garosud site. Only the parc Mermoz offers free on-street parking; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.

Does the Montpellier business centre have an environmental approach?

Yes, it does. The centre's CSR approach is concrete: it generates its own solar electricity, runs a restaurant with no single-use items, recovers biowaste on site, reduces and sorts waste, sources locally and favours soft mobility.
