Do you offer free parking on site?
Take the A9 or A709 straight to the site at exit 31, without going through Montpellier, and tram line L2 runs close by. Parking at Garosud is free. Bear in mind that free on-street parking is limited to the parc Mermoz; Eurêka, the parc du Millénaire and most Montpellier districts are paid.
What office and unit sizes can I rent at Garosud?
Espace Entreprise Garosud is Occitanie's largest business centre, with 70 industrial units and 75 fully equipped offices. The units go from 50 to 350 m², offering up to 7 m ceiling height, mezzanines, sectional doors and access for articulated lorries.
What is the process for requesting a quote?
